  • Do you need access to water and electricity?

    As a professional auto detailing service, we come fully equipped. We bring our own reverse osmosis water system for a spot-free finish, as well as all necessary power sources to complete the job effectively.

  • Do you offer any packages or discounts?

  • What should I do to prepare for my service?

    To prepare for your detailing service, we recommend removing all personal items and trash from your vehicle. This allows us to thoroughly clean and detail all areas of your car.

  • Can you remove specific stains/scratches/odors?

    Our team is skilled at addressing various issues in your vehicle. We can typically remove between 80% to 100% of stains, scratches, or odors. The exact results may vary depending on the specific situation.

  • Do you offer paint correction or ceramic coating?

    We offer comprehensive paint correction services, including one-, two-, and three-stage cut and polishing using a rupes da. For ceramic coating, we partner with system x to provide high-quality protection for your vehicle.

  • What is the difference between a wash and a detail?

  • What are your hours of operation?

    We are open from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

  • How far in advance should I book an appointment?

  • Do you work in all weather conditions? 

    Due to the challenges of mobile detailing, we usually take a break during the high heat months of August and September in Las Vegas.

  • What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

    We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations.

  • Do you come to my home or office?

    Yes, we prefer to detail your vehicle at your home or office.

  • Where do you park your vehicle while detailing?

    At residential locations, we park on the street. At work sites or offices, we adapt to the available parking.

  •  Do I need to be present during the detailing?

    We prefer you to be present at the beginning for an initial walk-around of the vehicle and at the end to review the completed work.
